(CIT) HSBC Holdings plc (HBC) Tonight's Thoughts Thursday was a spiral reversal day. Now we have a Bradley reversal date also DJI, OEX, SPY and SPX all broke above what we thought was a wave 5. IWM has not broken above its wave 5 high back on 7/5. IWM is in the process of forming a wave 4 of a descending trade. (NYSE:NWL) Weyerhaeuser Company (NYSE:WY) Chevron Corporation (NYSE:CVX) Tonight's Thoughts Thursday was a spiral reversal day. IWM closed at $77.48. If it breaks below the Moon's North Node price line, next support at $65.00. TDW -- On Monday I wrote "getting squeezed in a flag." Gapped up today with a high of 2.95%. ^OEX rallied up to the bottom line of a channel it broke out of Monday. Great setup. ** SUBSCRIBER'S ONLY SECTION **

Tonight's Thoughts IWM bounced off support at the Moon's North Node price line. This price line has been sooooo right! SLV (Silver ETF) finally broke-out of a triangle to the up side. SLV High for the day was up 1.98%. We closed our Calls. GLD High for the day was up 1.80%. We have been expecting a move up in precious metals in the beginning of the week. The market looks like it want to move a little higher over the next few day, but the big drop is around the corner. ** SUBSCRIBER'S ONLY SECTION **

Tonight's Thoughts CMG(Chipotle) was upgraded from Neutral to Buy by Citigroup last week. Since then it has crashed. It is now down 24%??? IWM pulled-back to reach the Moon's North Node price line which is now acting as support. SLV moves even closer to a triangle apex. That is what I wrote last night. Still true, and getting squeezed even more. VIX rose all day. Closed above yesterday's high. Our cyclical analysis of the VIX showed a move down from Aug. 2011 to a low in Mar 2012, then up through Aug. 2012. Still expecting the unexpected. Something violent. Tonight's Thoughts 8th Monday in a row that the market moved down. First time in a decade. IWM is at a significant double fib support area. SLV moves even closer to a triangle apex. Really getting squeezed between 26.10 and 26.50. VIX jumped up 26%. Our cyclical analysis of the VIX showed a move down from Aug. 2011 to a low in Mar 2012, then up through Aug. 2012. Our V-indicator for the week pointed to Monday or Tuesday having the largest move for the week, or at least a 3-digit move in the ^DJI.
